Hacking [OLD] Loadiine backup loader for WiiU 5.3.2 ONLY (NO 5.4 NO 5.5!)

When you see the white glitched screen on the gamepad, you can press D-pad instead of A.
Dpad moves the cursor for the server's IP, by moving the cursor the video buffer gets a forced refresh and clear the glitch.

you can press A if you don't want the log server, or press X if the default IP is correct, but Dpad can be used too.

There is no online support at the moment. That is why it crashes. You can not play other people's stages yet in Mario Maker.

I got a problem with mario maker. Its crash wii u when i click a icon top screen game pad. I can creat stages. Play stages but if i touch that icon its crash. Its a updated version
That's because you downloaded a release that came already updated with v64, made by and uploaded by someone who doesn't know any better (and I know exactly where you got it from). It's a faulty download with corrupted files, that ultimately freezes the console if you try to open the in-game menu to play the 10 Mario Challenge (yellow icon on the top-right corner of the screen in Create mode).

To fix this, get a clean rip and don't update/update yourself (using NUSGrabber). I have an updated Super Mario Maker here, and it works normally.

I downloaded a clean version but elmo password won't work to extract. So i found this updated version and thought was perfect. Now i need find another version because i already tried all from that website

I'm trying to troubleshoot this annoying issue where it says it can't mount or see any games on it after a I added a good (it worked fine with the first two I added but when I went to add three more now suddenly it doesn't see any). It seems like I get the exploit to launch every third attempt or so and finally boot up loadiine to see one glimpse of it is going to load the SD card. To have to modify the folder structure, remove another game and go through the booting process all over again.

Thanks you just saved me a lot of time. I'm still having problems getting to the bottom of why it stopped recongizing my SD card but this saved me a ton of time between steps a little bit of sanity, heh.

just press home, eject SD modify stuff then boot miimaker again, should work fine without needing to run the exploits again

As long as it doesn't freeze (in game, or when exiting like mario kart8), you can return to Home menu.
From here, you can eject the SD card and replace the content, or insert a different SD card to load different games. Run miimaker to list the gamelist again.

If you want to reload loadiine (for example enable or disable the log server), or if you are developing and building new elf, then just run loadiine again from the browser. You don't need to run the kernel exploit once patched as long as you don't reboot or exit the wiiu settings.

Allow me to open a small parentesis on this subject, and say that you've just gave me an ideia: I wonder if I can code an .elf to free and unlock the memory region taken by the kernel exploit once MiiMaker is already overwritten by Loadiine, making Splatoon work, considering that the kernel exploit is no longer needed after MiiMaker have been patched by Loadiine anyways...

If this hasn't been attemped yet, I'll try to cook up something here real quick.

At least it should theoretically work, since the game pretty much screams when it tries to access a memory region that is already locked, exactly the address range used by the kernel exploit.

I really appreciate everyone's help so far. It is weird I had two backup games working fine and went to add more and after that it keeps telling me can't find sd card or can't be mounted. I tried everything, even reformatted the SD card and put on one of the old games I had before when it worked and still nothing. SD card is brand new, formatted FAT32 and using MBR. I used easeus to partition it. I have the folder structure as SD:\wiiu\games\(game folder) and then content and code inside it. I created a saves folder under wiiu and added the game folder and blank c and u just to make sure but for some reason it just won't load the game list anymore. I'm trying to use loadiine 4.0. I heard some talk about an XML file. Would my chances be better with that? It was working originally but for some reason loadiine 4.0 just won't see the games and/or the SD card. Thanks for any help.

double check the SD is genuine using something like H2testw

If you're talking about over there, and that rip, it works perfectly fine. It's the one I use, and everything but online works *rolls eyes*

Test came back perfect on H2testw. It is really strange that it was working, even had super smash brothers up and another game working. I did by the SD card from amazon. It is a 64GB transcend SDXC speed 10u3. Any other configuration things you can think of? Seems to be no problems on the PC. Are there any other messages that loadiine would give it could read the SD card but couldn't find a game it liked? Just curious for diagnostic purposes. Thanks.

has anyone ever gotten a "Can't launch game" when using either A or X on loadiine (any ver)?

kexploit is successful before running obviously and just started happening

@startreker I have the exact same SD card and it's working fine for me... Maybe your card is corrupted or something..! Oh and yes you need to have xmls otherwise it might not work properly with loadiine 4
