Simply Nintendo Japan=Mature, Nintendo of America =Childish.
And about the language option I think the same as Sliter but instead of Portuguese, Spanish, I give you and example Smash bros 4 It uses the same Announcer for both the Spanish and Latin American audiences, but most of the American Hispanics hate that announcer, Nintendo of America only cares for you If you speak English.

And I got banned 2 weeks for telling them for and undub version of smash bros

Hah, I got banned today because I was telling about how to obtain the McDonald's Hoopa through SSID renaming. "Illegal activities", they said.
But they didn't banned me when I posted - twice - pics from my Home menu using a Bravely Default theme that wasn't released outside Japan, lol. I should have changed some letters for numbers, so probably my post would remain untouched.

That post was a proof of concept I dished up for this discussion. I don't normally go around posting #ironhax everywhere. Even normal discussion leads to warnings. I'll fish out an example of that if you want.

Discussion of what, though? Way I see it, you're breaking the rules. just post your games and comment, watch your mouth and try not to post pics of hacked games. i bot warned for making a remark about the MH4U custom quests, but the mistake was mine, not the "12 year olds on miiverse" you have this forum for that kind of stuff.

Please, don't. You don't need to prove to me that Nintendo is paranoid when it comes to things like this. I know full well their stance on this. What I question here, basically, is the fact that people know this, and yet they keep baiting Nintendo, AND THEN WHINE/BRAG about it afterwards when they know perfectly well how it's gonna be.
