It's a cartridge homebrew so you can enable it with the 4.4 and use it on your 10.1 or 10.3. If you dont have Oot get it it's a good game.

For 2.1, you could have the hax and a save file, because the payloads were 36KB in size, but the 2.5 payloads are 42KB so it isn't really possible.
