The savedata extracted with savedatafiler is not decrypted, that's why one needed to use svanheulen's tools.
for most of games, the sdf extract save is decrypted raw data.
mh games have their own encryption for the raw data...

I just need to export/import my save data between 2 different 3ds machines. Is there anyway to transfer the saves since sdf reports the CTR is broken!this game directly save the game data to m/sd card, sdf is useless
dude it was shared in a chinese site, those codes were the only ones, waht im trying to comprehend is how to use them in another way
What most people do is to find out the in game memory locations via in-game memory dumps and comparing them. The other way which can be used is to use the 3ds cheat hardware for the japanese cart (when it's available), run a cheat, and compare the sav files. Of course, you would still need to decrypt the .sav files for this to work. To decrypt the .sav files, someone who is proficient in machine code, or svanheulen has to dump the encryption keys out.

thanks but that only works with a decrypted file to work in hex like that, ive worked before with that, but thats a good insight
