Cemu only uses one core, so that's why.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I accidentally unliked the post so im no longer in the first 30 likers :(

For real? I didn't know it used 1 core :ha: it might run better on a pentium g3258. Anyhow thumbs up for this project.:yay:

1 core--> 3-5 fps (mario kart 80)
4 core--> 20-25 fps (possible?)
That's not how this works. Cemu is also currently using more than one core. Mario Kart 8 ingame appears to cap out at 40% CPU on an i7 with 8 threads, so it's using at least two cores. The only thing performance wise that I know is that the GPU is definitely not a bottleneck, but the GX2/PM4 emulation might be. Using Xenia as a comparison, it's probably possible to speed things up substantially.

This is truly exciting stuff. I recently upgraded to a GTX 950 so I can no longer vouch for the Intel HD 4600 scaling issue, but I'm sure it will get fixed if AMD issues haven't already been fixed.
If anyone wants to try one of my Super Mario Maker levels, the level code is 9CB8-0000-00D6-DAFD

Doubtful considering Dolphin isn't 100%, but playable speeds in that time frame is definitely possible.
Remember that Cemu likely won't progress at this same rate for another two years and progress can slow down at any time.
There's a lot of perfectly emulated games on dolphin.

Mario kart 8 is running about the same just a little less laggy and you can see the track. I will post a video if anyone wants me to :P

There's a lot of imperfectly emulated games on dolphin that still refuse to boot at worst and are broken but somewhat playable at best.
The farther away from 1st party titles you go, the lower the compatibility. Just because you can play Galaxy 1 & 2 just fine doesn't mean it's 100% accurate.

"Doubtful considering Dolphin isn't 100%"
100% meaning a real Wii btw

Is the Wii U hardware really powerful, i mean do we really need a top of the art computer to run its games?

More than that actually. After the speed hac- err...optimizations, I'd be surprised if dual cores could still hold their own. I'm no professional, but with emulators CPU>GPU and Haswell and up CPUs might be your best bet.
You seem to have gotten your wires crossed and confused your phrases.
