I try zelda wind waker HD works on loadiine 3.0
but DSI error on loadiine 4.0...
I don`t know why

Others have run it on 4.0, but since you have to rerun loadiine before every game anyways, why not just choose loadiine 3.0 when you want to run Zelda? I think in your case it would be much more simple than figuring out why 4.0 won't work for you.

You don't need 4.0 for existing games that already worked. 4.0 is great for adding miimaker compatibility mode to games that use to need SSB. So when you want to run a new game that was incompatible with loadiine 3.0 miimaker mode, then choose loadiine 4.0, if you want to run a game that was compatible in loadiine 3.0 then just choose loadiine 3.0 for that game. Easier than trying to figure out your probs with 4.0

Strange... It works for me on loadiine 4 w a pal wiiu in mii maker mode and smash mode... Maybe try to delete the game from your sd and copy it again..? Also if you have any saves back them up and delete them also.. I've had instances where that worked for me

Loadiine GUI v1.0
We had a chance to test out the Loadiine GUI!! (AKA WiiUFLow Beta) HEHE

Thanks to the Developer for emailing us here .. To test it out.

gui2-1024x576.jpg

gui3-1024x521.jpg

We were playing with it and the covers have to be in a Cover folder. Each cover has to be 176×248 TGA format.

Developer didn't give us a Release DATE yet..

Looks sweet. I dunno if it's too early to make a request but is there any chance of adding VC title covers to the GUI.?

Thanks.

Covers get named the same as the folder mate, just like the save folder I'd imagine. Anything you put that loadiine sees should be able to have a cover technically.

Hey that is looking nice. So who is the developer? Or are you not allowed to name him? (I could imagine it is Hibern (or Hibernate) from the old original WiiFlow on the Wii. That guy had real good knowledge of 3D programming.) Nice to hear that it will be released. Do you know if the developer plans on releasing the sources (loadiine sources are GPL actually so I am just wondering)? In that case I would stop my work on the GX2 stuff for now and invest that time in some other usefull things.

So far I played a bit with GX2. It draws some colors but I am having issues to create shaders for texture mapping (I am no game/3D developer and using shaders is new to me as there were none on the Wii and you cant go around them). I didnt find a way of creating shaders without using parts of gsh files that are created from nintendos converter tool. I though of hardcoding the needed and already converted parts of the shader struct from ram of some game for quad drawing for our use, like a default rect shader. Since it is a converted struct it has not much to do with the gsh file and therefore no copyright. But if there is someone who already did something in some other way, then I will wait for that. Also tga 176x248? Thats not really hi-res and uses more space than needed. I guess that application only draws the GUI on the gamepad as for that it would be more than enough. I planned on using higher res png files as a starting point though to convert them to a texture in run time (like on the Wii USB Loader GX for example). That is also the reason I started working on the GX2 TV instead of gamepad (DRC). On TV you will need higher res textures. The gamepad would only be a zoom. But if the developer will release the sources then I guess it would be possible to adapt them and it would save me some time :P.

Some info for other devs:
I also worked on some other usefull stuff. I added more sections of the ELF and a malloc/free/... functions wrap. With that it is possible to use the standart C libraries and C++ STL libraries from the devkitPPC that were also used on the Wii. I also already tried converting the menu code to C++ and use stuff like std::string and std::vector which works and is really nice to use. This in combination with the GUI and the higher code memory area means we can finally have some real homebrews as it used to be on the Wii.

Appreciate your work. Suggest that you drop gx2 as a GUI for loadiine is just a nice to have, but doesn't bring any additional functionality, plus someone else is working on it. It would be better to focus on more important areas of the loader, like compatibility, online play, load time performance etc. make it solid and then worry about making it look prettier.
