Also, @Summersett, it should be mentioned in the OP that there is actually a link to NNU Patcher on the WUP Installer website. So you could theoretically bookmark just that webpage, run WUP installer once (for kexploit) and then run NNU Patcher immediately after
WUP Installer uses the old freezy kexploit though, does it not? I've always recommended just using FIX94's kexploit and then WUP Installer. Less convenient if it works right away, but way more convenient if it fails.

EDIT: I made a note in the OP under "How can I access the hacks online?" to explain that loading the WUP Installer page before running the kexploit will actually run the kexploit. Also added the direct link to the NNU Patcher, even though I don't have a support section. :P

Oh, I guess I don't know. Initially that was actually the only kernel exploit I could get to work WITHOUT freezing (fortunately seemed to work first try every time I tried it though), now any of them work so I'm guessing my system just acclimated or something lol

wow now that s odd...
i downloaded the new package.... now nothing works anymore :O
the kexploit runs -> freeze , freeze .. freeze (100 times)... sometimes it just shows "Code not found" sometimes "Race attack failed" etc...
but most of the time it freezes..

after running it successfully (2 times it worked on over 290 tries lol) the second tool (like tcp gecko or dumpiine or whatever) freezes...

to be honest... the old exploit worked flawless... the new one sucks so hard :O

If you have them blocked in your router settings correctly, you should be able to type any of them into a web browser (on your PC or Wii U) and get a message similar to:
This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Google Chrome's connection attempt to nus.c.shop.nintendowifi.net was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.
Ah, cool. So does blocking those prevent eshop downloads?

The OP DefinitivePackage already had the fixed files so there is no 404 error. Thanks though. Dumpiine support is being added now :)
I haven't spoofed mine personally so I'm wary about trying to support those that are stuck when I can't really help. I'll see what I can do this week about getting something up there though.
Check the FAQ!

As @ViolentRockstar said, the decision is yours. I'm here to inform you but you have to make your own decisions! If you want the most hacks now, you can go to 5.3.2, but don't be mad at me if the IOSU exploit gets released next week and you could have had USB access and other cool stuff faster.

ok thank you I'm wait

I get my copy of smash in the post today, I'm on 5.3.2 and would like to use loadiine and spoof my console to use the Eshop.

Is there an order I should be doing this? Does one not interfier with the other? Thanks.

Wow, I applaud your patience to try 290+ times lol! I don't know what it is about certain Wii U's liking certain things more than others. I had the exact opposite results of you. Worked 10% of the time with the old one and now 90% of the time with the new. There are some tricks such as closing all tabs, clearing cookies, doing a soft reset, etc but it's debatable whether it's just superstition or not.

If you're on 5.5.0, you can't get to eShop anyways. If you're on 5.3.2 spoofed to 5.5.0, I've seen some people say they got eShop downloads to work while others said the downloads got stuck. So my guess is it only blocks Nintendo's update server?

Just be aware that to use Loadiine/Dumpiine you need to run the Modified Kernel Exploit first, while the WUP Installer/NNU Patcher need the Official Kernel Exploit ran first. They simply will not work if you mix them up since they reference different memory addresses. There is not a specific order that needs to be run though (Loadiine vs NNU Patcher); they are independent of each other.

What SD card do you guys recommend?
I was looking at a 128GB Transcend UHS-3 card, but then I wasn't sure if it was compatible with the WiiU.
A-Data and Transcend always worked extremely well with my Wii, but wasn't sure if they would work well with the WiiU.

A good SD Card recommendation may be a good thing to add to the top post. Thanks. :)

For some reason, using those two DNS addresses? I can't even access the exploit sites with Tubehax. That can't be normal.

Edit: PEBKAC Also, need to find another host for NNUS, as Fix94's site is down.
NNU Patcher is also available at:
http://www.wupinstaller.com/nnu

I've heard of people using UHS-1 cards but nobody with a UHS-3 yet. I can't imagine that it would be incompatible though. Nobody has really listed their brand of SD card AFAIK, we're all just using what we have laying around until the inevitable IOSU Exploit that allows us to use USB instead.
Mine is just a 4GB Class 4 Sandisk.

If everyone/anyone wants to start posting their SD card brand, class, and size, I'll gladly organize a list of working/non-working cards in the OP.

Excellent, sir. Also, I currently have all my WiiU titles loading off of an external harddrive... And, sadly, I'm stuck on 5.5.0 for the time being...
Do you think I should just wait for a future release that is both 5.5.0 compatible AND will allow me to launch from USB?

A long time ago I was doing this same stuff with my Wii... Very excited to see it all coming together once again. No rush, just excited for the inevitable good times yet to come.
Cheers. :)

I'm betting by the time a 5.5.0 exploit is released we will already be able to launch from USB; so yeah I'd hold off for now! And I agree with you, it's been getting pretty exciting around here lately :)

After dumping a GBA game I get two files: alldata.bin, and alldata.psb.m, is there a way to disassemble the .bin file and replace the GBA Rom inside and then load that through Loadiine like a makeshift GBA emulator?

Summersett, may I make a suggestion? Please include updating games for Loadiine in the tutorial. It is different than using WUP Installer for disc updates. You need to download and decrypt the update files (I use Uwizard). You will see the code and content folders. You replace the .RPX file from the code folder, and copy/combine/replace the files in the content folder to where you stored the .WUD's content folder.

i recompiled the kexploit myself with some small changes... works 90-95 % now.. rest is failed race attacks ^^

I thought GBA ROMs could be replaced directly? I haven't even looked at GBA yet, nor have one to test :(

Great idea! I'll get something up for it soon.

Good to hear. What small changes did you make?

Sorry, I haven't read the full thread, maybe it's already answered. I'll ask anyway.

For someone who just bought a new WiiU on 5.3.2:

Is it possible to create a NNID with the 5.3.2 spoofed 5.5.0 ?
Do you need the NNU patcher applied first?
is there some URL filters that need to be disabled?

edit:
he tried it with the filters and didn't work.
he disabled the filters on his router but kept the tubehax DNS, it worked!
no NNU patcher needed.

There are two Wii Us set:

Super Mario 3D World Deluxe Set

and

Super Mario 3D World (2 games included pre-installed) set

Are they both 5.3.2 ? We should list a Wii U Sets that are under 5.3.2, anyone ? :)
