but i don't really want to stop here...
it just ask me to choose a program to run it and what should i do next?
You don't have to skill to modify the program to fit the size limit even if by some miracle you get it compiled.
Your only hope is to beg someone like normmatt or neobrain to code you a special nand dumper.
Either of them humoring you is a low-probability event.

Compile it. But before you do that, you need to figure out how to pare down the binary from 55K to 12K.
Good luck with that if you're not an experienced programmer.

Where do you get those numbers from?

Try reading http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Setting_up_Development_Environment . Don't have time to guide you through all of that, but maybe someone else can help you.

(btw, sorry for not replying to your PMs, but it seems more appropriate to post this in public :P )

Ah, I missed that note. Should still be reasonably easy to fit Decrypt9 into that, but indeed it won't be as easy...

Fwiw in this case I suppose the OP get some basic ARM9 homebrew to run before trying to actually get Decrypt9 up and running.

I have download the file
and what is the next step if I am on window platform but not Linux?

Ps:
I have open a 'Programmer's Notepad' and open the 'makefile' and click the 'make' in 'Tools',
I saw Decrypt9-master.bin, .elf and a launcher.dat is made
should I now place it in the 3ds sd card and scan qr code?

I have replaced the code of total eight lines of draw.h
and run the 'makefile' with 'make' as mentioned above
and put in 3ds's sd card,
scan the qr code and still nothing happen, no words appear in 3ds and just a black screen...
what i have done wrong?
(or anything i need to do with the generated file?)
