I tried deleting 2 of my 3 Ironhax save files, and reinstalling through Ironhax save number 3, but it didn't work. Do I need to do it through Tubehax?

Hi all! I need help asap. I edited my ACNL save and I can inject it with no problems but, when I go into ACNL a message appears saying "Cannot use save data because it was not the last data saved. Delete data?" Anyone know why it says that?

Well this whole thing is confusing...
I select my Smash cartridge, glitched screen, I press A and then X. The screen glitches again when I press X, moves for a while and then stops. It does nothing when pressing any buttons so I just power the 3DS off
Then I put the SD Card on the reader, search for a file called main and nothing shows up, and yes I searched in the save_data folder, only bins.
Any ideas? I'm on a 9.9 3DSXL using Ironhax.

the save file folder is smashs save file only pokemon games use main file different 3ds games will have different save file in the save file folder are two bins open the below one in the smash save editor

So I just copy those to the desktop and try to use with the smash save manager?
id copy the whole folder to make sure then open the smash save editor and go into the folder the one thats displayed when you open it with the save editor is the one you click on
So that's why my Pokémon Shuffle save got corrupted, right?
I did a backup and played the game a little, then later that day I've patched that backup with the python script. Save got corrupted.
Tried to restore the unpached backup, also corrupted.
