you just add a fine named ropCustom.txt to your microSD and write the path to the rxTools file in the SD there.
rxTools_01-09-2015_13.25CEST_14eb905_unstable.zip is the latest in my drive. Now I know why they prefer the other format...

All versions are the same and nothing new. why not work on together instead of 3 servers which ultimately gives the same?
You need to add the ropCustom.txt file to the flashcard's microSD, next to rxinstaller.nds. Remember you must have a proper DLDI driver for that flashcart so rxinstaller can read the file system.
