Not working on my Japanese 3DS. It's seems the program can't detect the save files. any fix or ideas?

Has anyone been able to write the save back to the 3DS with Animal Crossing? I am using the map editor, saving it, putting it back on SD. When I go to install I get the glitch screen and when I hit "B" for the install I get some more glitchs and I can see a row of grey question mark images. Not once has it worked in game but, when I put it back in the map editor all my changes are still there. This is weird and I am confused.
so no carts can be edited or do I not understand how to use this ? I only see eshop games able to be edited am I correct ?

I can back up my zelda game on my 3ds and its not a eshop game i payed for it at walmart. but i have not tryed to reinstall it to the card tho
For those of you having trouble with Smash saves, your problem is the anti savegame restore bytes. Each save has four randomly generated bytes, that the console itself remembers saving. If you try to restore a save whose value doesn't match, it will be rejected.
To get your old save back, extract a new save, and copy the bytes from 0x12-0x15 into your old save file, for both account_data.bin and system_data.bin. You will then be able to restore the saves.
If you want to avoid this problem in the first place, always make sure the saves you insert are (a potentially edited version of) the most recent one.

this save editor thing detects only my eshop games I cant see super smash bros or any cart I stick in the system any help would be great
I don't have that game only the hard copy of Majoras mask. so don't know why its not working for you because i can not test my self.
try taking the game out then back in? thats the only thing i can think of.

Well, i try to edit the save of ssb4, so i first open the ironhax and later the save manager then i go to ssb4 and it show me the black screen with a tiny glitch, how all was saying here that i just have to press "a" and wait some seconds i do it and when i put my SD on my computer the save data was there so now i open the ssb4 save editor and add the unlock all trophies and all things and putting 9.999.999 coins saving this and closing the program i put the SD back to my 3ds later i open the ironhax later the save manager and open the ssb4 and it show me again the same black screen and the glitch but now i don't press "a" if not "b" so i wait 10 seconds and later i press x it show me a big glitch so i just turn off my 3ds later i turn on my 3ds and start the ssb4 i was scared because it took 5 minutes to start but the great thing was that i get all trophies the coins and all things, it was great.
if any one want can use my tutorial to edit the save date of ssb4, also sorry for my bad english and if anyone can help me with a Pokemon Shuffle editor i'll be more than happy

Now that the source has been released, can someone please update the Save Manager with the ability to delete the secure value? It would be immensely helpful!!
