You're the one being given trouble, not me. So thank you for fixing it. Couple questions though.
Is the ability to "update" or replace pieces of previously uploaded skins planned?
Will there be a comment or rating system added in the future?

Also we are currently making a profile management page that will also allow you to edit submitted themes!

Before any official rating/voting and keywords/tags systems are added, would it be time-consuming to add the theme's creator's name to the search parameters?
Currently there are so many poor quality themes, that I would like to "follow" the works of the few creators who do upload quality themes.
It wouldn't have to be a permanent solution if you have some better indexing on the way in the future, but wouldn't this be a "quick fix?" (I say this without any knowledge of creating sites, so forgive my ignorance).

I kept downloading zero byte Themes.zip files. Stopped after a few tries. Dunno what's wrong, but I don't really care at this point. :/

I have a problem with the website. I try to upload my theme but i encounter a error for a img. I don't think if a error for the body or bgm and i try evrey format and file size for the preview img and never work.
