For the moment we got no proof if either N or the devs know about it , all of this is speculation but for more "safety" i suggest to not tweet them about it.

Well , tweets are public , if they see a game being talked a lot they are gonna look at what's going on.

They already know what's going on... It's no secret at this point. Chances are, they're working on finding a fix. They won't just pull it from the eShop right away.
