I know that, And I've done everything!

Post what versions of everything you're using you have installed an a SysCheck (in spoiler tags.) You keep posting about the same issues in threads all over the site and nobody has any idea what you've got installed, have done, or where they last saw one of your requests for help.

You don't seem to have an issue related to USB Loader GX or Nintendont. If you have valid disc images (tool in my sig will verify them for you) and they are named the way I said they should be on a FAT32-formatted SD card that's supported by Wii then something else is wrong. Try one game on a 2GB non-SDHC and non-miniSD card and see if it works.

That's really strange, indeed.
Now I know it has something to do with the drive itself (either the cache, or the emuNAND dump (but it's not mounting and parsing the NAND, it's getting a list of folders using the internal SD/USB file explorer so speed the load time).
The cached banners should speed the loading up, not slow it down...
Too bad you couldn't reproduce the slow loading time :(
I don't like when it fixes itself like this.

I finally managed to reproduce the problem.

I did it first now by accident. I didn't change anything, but "installed" my SSBB disc. then played a few Wii/GC games for a few days. Yesterday, I loaded La Mulana (Wiiware) and it took a LONG time to create the save file. after that, the slow loading time was happening all over again.

I verified the disc on Disk Utility, on my Mac, and got this:

(the usbloader_gxb folder is my usbloader gx backup folder)

Repaired the disk and it was all working again.

I tried "installing" another game, Twilight Princess, to see if it happened again, but didn't. Now, after I loaded Jelly Car 2 (WiiWare) it happened again. But now Disk Utility can't find any errors with the file system.

The steps I did to reproduce the error seem to be:

- Install a game via USBLGX.
- Load a Wiiware game that's never been loaded, using cIOS d2x v8.

My HDD is a 1TB USB3.0 Samsung M3 portable. Single Fat32 partition.

EDIT: Tried running the loader from the SD card with the emunand on the hdd, works flawless. Looks like it's got something to do with the loader running from the HD.

^ Seems to me the problem is related to your EmuNAND setup, delete it and reinstall it again, I recommend doing so with ModMii

It's not, it occurs randomly even with different Emunands, both on SD and on HDD. Even if it is an Emunand created with modmii or a Wii NAND dump done with USBLGX.

Yeah I know, sorry man I got so upset. So sorry
just run a scandisk to see if there're any errors
another quick check might be to copy 1 game to "games" folder on a pen drive and check if it appears
some devices (SD or USB) have sometimes fake size/hardware/info/brands and just trying something else might fix your issue
smile :)

I found something weird. I have neek2o set up on my SD card and I installed some channels on the emunand to try loading them with USB Loader GX. The emunand channel path is set to my SD card obviously. So, whenever I want to start a channel, the following warning appears:

Neek2o does not support 'Emulated NAND Channel Path on SD! Please setup Uneek2o instead.

Which is weird because you just hit"continue" and the channels load correctly anyways, so I don't know why that message appears.

Sometimes "not supported" means exactly that.
It may or may not work but the devs are *not* endorsing that use and probably won't be helping you troubleshoot issues if anything should arise.
I may be wrong though... This reply is "not supported" :D

Oh, I didn't think of it that way. What you say is probably right, it makes sense. :yaywii:

@Cyan could you fix retail games installation, because when I'm installing any game (disc) gets stuck on 0% or when it's installing freezes getting me stuck.

hope your answer, regards.

I generally just use CleanRIP myself, but I just tested the dumping feature in USB Loader GX and it worked fine. What's your setup?

Helooo, I'm back.
sorry I was away a long time. I thought there were a lot more posts to catch up here, lot of issues etc.
So it's a good thing everything works fine. (mostly, no big issues)

I bought a new PC, installed Win7 home instead of my old and loyal XP (now I can install GitHub!), had some issues with UAC (some program thought I was logged as admin and used the wrong %users% folder and messed the install....), probably a Win7 bug? I don't know how I triggered it...
most important thing : I could recover all my data :D
I'm still in reinstall process, but I got devkitpro and compilation working.

So, I'll start answering users questions.

Yes! that's exactly that ;)
It's not "supported" officially, but USBGX let you launch it anyway, and support is completely removed 96+ beta versions.
So It will not warn you if you use sneek/uneek, but It will warns you if you use Neek2o because I can't detect the kernel.bin version to determine if you are using r96 or a beta. so it's a warning, not an error. Up to the user to decide.
I'm sorry that you have to meet that warning every time. I may add an option to disable warnings (all or selectively) in the future.

@Cyan Are you planning on moving the repository to github soon? Looks like google code will be readonly starting August 25th.
https://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/ReadOnlyTransition
I know, and I already moved copied to sourceforge. all the project rely on revision number, and github completly broke that. So, sourceforge is the best choice to keep svn.
now that I'm back (if you missed, my old computer crashed 3 weeks ago and I wasn't there all this time) I will work on officially moving everything to sourceforge and add proper googlecode message that the project moved, make new installers and release new auto-updates.

Are you using a HDD or a flash drive?
Flashdrive are NOT compatible with game install. I don't know how to fix.
if it's HDD, then I don't know why it hangs because it works fine for a lot of users.

It's good to have you back Cyan. Glad to see recovery is going relatively smooth. I know it's rough moving on from such a great OS as XP. Thank you for all your hard work and I hope recovery continues to go smoothly.

It seems like the Wii has troubles with flash drives in general. I used a couple briefly with my Wii and half the software wouldn't see them, the other half would just crash or spit out errors after a bit.

Which games are you trying? I tried a couple of games ("California Games" for c64 for example) and I also get the warning but it wont let me play.
I'm using neek2o r96.
When I try loading the emunand/neek2o channel from real nand with usbloadergx it just blackscreens and no warning
When I try loading the emunand/neek2o channel from neek2o with usbloadergx it gives me the exact warning and wont go to the game. Postloader runs california games fine though but Id prefer to use usbgx :(
Am I doing something wrong?

I'm so glad you are back @Cyan, because I had a couple things to report to you but I didn't want to throw it on you until you got back.
-When you click the bottom right power button, it shows all of the different Shutdown settings on Wii U. It doesn't in the Home Menu though.
-Custom banners for GC games aren't downloading
-Just a suggestion: Why not remove the theme downloader button completley, instead of having the credits on one page by themselves? Wouldn't that save more memory?
