Hacking [Question] 4.4 sysNAND + 9.x CFW

Hello.
I just bought my new 3DS (Old was destroyed two years ago) and I'm confused about what is happening in the scene.
So I hope you will help me answering my silly questions.

1. Is it possible to have newer version on CFW on older version of sysNAND?
2. If not, and I would stuck at 4.5 CFW, how to play newer games? Spoof, change the key or something like that? And GBA/DSiWare games?
3. It is possible via OOT? O don´t have Cubic Ninja (but could borrow from a friend).

1) You can use CFW to boot a newer emuNAND (9.9) than your sysNAND (4.5).
2) n/a
3) With 4.5 sysNAND, I don't think you don't need either cart to get started. The browser based exploits should work.

What CFW doesn´t need exploit cart?
Is there any CFW, which can run GBA/DSiWare games and work on 4.5?

Heah Rxtools is a good choise for start messing with CFWs.
I'm using GW3DS for my provate backups and Rxt. for DSiware and GBA games.

I have NAND dump via gateway/RxTools. Is there any option to downgrade on 9.9, or I must do a HW dump first and then write it to NAND directly?

So... I backup my NAND via HW method and now, 3DS wont start. Still BSOD. I was trying to flash RxTools backup, GW backup and HW dump and it still same. Do I something wrong?

BTW: It is normal to Red/write speed eMMC NAND about 2.7MBps?
