Maybe there should be an option to clear the ninconfig. Or perhaps make it so it writes what rev is last booted in the ninconfig, And if it's higher than the last one used, autodelete it on startup.

I agree. USB Loader GX has such options.

I really would like doing more than just keeping the mod up to date, but since last 3 months I'm very busy. Hopefully I get some time to work on Nintendont this month...
