Is there anyway to block/stop it from asking me to update every time I turn it on? I'm afraid I will accidentally press yes one day and I don't want that to happen!

Depends. The recovery trick should do it (google it)
Don't be afraid by the way. There are multiple confirmations before the update starts.

anyone know if entering safemode will remove the update nag from my emunand. my emunand is linked to my sysnand..soooo? i guess i should just try it lol oh and its an n3ds if that matters,

To my knowledge, you can't enter safemode while in emunand, since you need to start from the console being turned off.

    Thing is , the videos work fine in the Edge Dev and Canary builds. But whatever the fix they made was, has never been piushed to Beta or Stable builds. Its been that way for as far back as I tested. Which was Edge 84. They are on 125 now.
