@ccfman2004, if you want to update to 9.2 with this files, use sysUpdater, put your entire update folder in your SDCard and just replace the two files, it's safer I guess.
I can't currently download those 2 files. Windows is giving me issues and I'm currently using my Mac.

You need someone to download/upload it for you ? I can if you want. I already have a clean 9.2US update folder.
That would be most excellent. Make sure it's the USA ones.
EDIT: If anything goes wrong I have a backup of the current Nand and can easily install a hard mod.

is that usable on old3ds? as far as i'm aware mset is only usable by 4.5 3ds and new 3ds with downgraded setting. any noob friendly installation guide?
my 3ds xl is on 9.2, currently using gw and i boot it offline with go gateway app on my smartphone.
if i can boot to my emunand (already have devmen n cia games installed) using rxtools without having to rely to online or downgrading to 4.5 i really want to jump ship.
Gateway mset exploit only works on 4.5 with an old 3DS, rxTools mset exploit works on 9.2 but you need to downgrade your mset to 4.X or 6.X

Just compiled latest source and dumped both sysnand ticket.db and emunand ticket.db fine.
