I don't understand why you have to use the last release. Just use the .3 one and you will be fine. Thats what I did as its been proven to work and its only needed to update sysnand so why bother looking for any other version.

And a tip to those who want the 9.2, just replace the 2 extra files over the 9.2 folder with the 126 Cia's for USA region. That way you will go straight to 9.2 without the need to use sysupdater again.

A friend of mine tell me another way to update the 3ds to 9.2.you format the emunand first, then update it to 9.2.0 20 with cia. Then back up the emunand with emunandtools. Then you can use it to restore the 3ds sysnand to 9.2.0-20.You can try it
Are you trolling or what? This will cause a brick. EVERY TIME. The only reason you can sometimes do it on emunand without bricking emunand, is because of the firmlaunchax.

Ironically, firmlaunchax is also the reason it will brick if flashed to sysnand. NATIVE_FIRM will not get updated properly while using it...

Quick question, I have a 8.1 system and would like to update to 9.2 for custom themes. I have never messed with pastaCFW's settings before, never held L to go into the settings at all. Does this mean my firmlaunch is already disabled, or will I have to go into the settings and disable it myself? What is it set on as default?

Can someone please tell me how many CIA files there should be to update a EUR Old3DS to 9.2.0-20E? (Excluding all New3DS CIA) and is there an SFV anywhere to check all the hashes?

Why don't you just check it yourself to be sure?

126 + 2 if you download manually the 2 missings cia.

Hmm, I just downloaded the EUR 9.2.0-20 update from the 'usual place' and it lists 130 CIA? (I cant use 3DNUS as it now freezes due to Nintendo removing some files from NUS in the last few days)

Is there any way to extract the update CIA files from a .3ds file, and then just add the missing browser CIA? I just want to make absolutely sure all the CIA I have are 100% correct before using sysupdater 0.3 to update sysNAND on a European Old3DS.

i kept 3dnus running all night but it still did not finish what i'm i doing wrong can someone help ?
See the post above yours. Nintendo finally wised up and "removed" some files from NUS. I suspect that these files were relocated, rather than outright removed. We just haven't found them yet, if they do still exist.

Doing this with firmlaunch can indeed brick your console. Found that out the hard way. Whoops. I don't know why I didn't consult a guide beforehand, but I suppose it gives me an excuse to get a hardmod done. =P

Does anyone know why the program stops always here -> http://prntscr.com/81jxcg
Presumably that is one of the files that Nintendo removed from their file servers in the last few days. Currently various members of the community are working on building collections of the removed files, so we should have an alternative soon. If you can figure out which file it is, you could try asking around to find someone with a copy.

You can use rxTools even with a firmware < 9.2. But if you really want it, you an find the files on that iso site.
