I know it's the lazy way but sonce theres people having trouble (xdelta doesnt play well with macs and its almost impossible to patch these types on android) is there anyway you could post an already patched rom with the .sav in the folder?

I've always wanted a kanto game that turns the difficulty up to insane, but I haven't found anything. Closest is Fire Red Omega, but I don't like how the starters are changed, and Fire Red Evolution, which is incomplete.

Hey forget what I said before, because I have another question. If the events are mostly identical to HG/SS journey in the Kanto region, then what do you do to replace all the lost experience given from the multiple Team Rocket events? Particular during the Game corner and Sliph Co arcs. Or even the whole size issue with Mt.Moon?
What I'm trying to say is, shouldn't the game be only "half" the size as the original Kanto region due to many events/ physical areas being dramatically changed and or shorter? Again Mt.Moon and the entire Cinnabar Island in particular would feel a little awkward in this hack if you can just skim right through them. To finally, did you change up the Elite 4 at all seeing how only 2/5 of them are the same as in FR/LG.
Sorry if I was coming off as rude, however I'm just curious at the full intention of the hack. I am impression that you completely fixed up the "play as Red" issue that many others had (such as the surfing animation).
I get stuck on Victory Road when going through the holes in the ground (the game freezes but sound keeps playing).
the game does start, i just did like in the readme, but as soon as i get out of the house it freezes, but sounds keeps playing.
I am not using an emulator, is this the problem?

As the events are the same of HGSS the game is smaller. The goal of Silver Blue is just recreate the experience of starting in Kanto and grow your team there. Also, the latest update brought some new stuffs that recycles the gameplay (like the pokemon events)
About E4, it's the same of HGSS too!

I'm aware of this freeze bugs but it's not a easy problem to fix since they are from PPRE (edit program) and I'm not an expert on that. I would have to reedit all the SoulSilver original rom and I'm deciding if and when I'll do it!

Well, I'm sorry to not have being here supporting you guys in last months. I've been working in other projects and they are eating my time. As I already said above I'm studying the possibility of reedit the SoulSilver rom to make Silver Blue bug free. But it'll be a hard work (really) anyway taking a great time.
I love playing this game and originally made it just for my fun. Sharing it with you encourage me to improve and be sure these bugs annoy me too!

has anyone gotten this to work on drastic ds really wanna play it but it dosent change anything when i patch just the player sprite
Here's how you do it:
- Patch the Pokemon Soul Silver U ROM and receive the .NDS and .SAV files
- Convert the .SAV to .DSV (this can be done either using a save file converter, easily found on file trip, or by opening the game and save in Desmume and resaving it)
- Put the ROM wherever you're accessing ROMs from (in my case I just use the downloads folder for simplicity)
- Put the .dsv save file into the backup folder within the Drastic folder which should be found on the root of your device or external memory (I honestly don't know which since my phone only has internal memory, thus it ended up on the root)
- If you can't find the Drastic folder, drop the .dsv into an easy to find location on your Android device
- Download a file explorer app
- Copy/cut and paste the save into the backup folder under Drastic from that file explorer
It's a bit of work, but I can confirm it working perfectly.

Hey everyone, I only can emulate the game in the DesMuMe, and... This emulator is very slow and I really like the No$gba emulator but, when I try to emulate on No$gba the game doesn't open and the image crash, I only can play in DesMuMe. You guys know a way to play in the No$gba or it only work on the DesMuMe?
