this has local co op.
it wins over mario maker by default imo

to be fair, only levels that the creator has actually finished himself (i.e played through and finished the level) will be able to get published in mariomaker.

Sure, with asm hacks you can do almost everything. The first thing I'm going to try when I can do code edits in Wii U games is a Goomba shooting bullet bill launcher
