i have a 3ds 9.2 firmware and have emunand and i run rxtools.

i like to buy another 16 gb sdcard and make a 100% backup of the sdcard i use now. would i still be able to use the new sdcard in the same 3ds?

and can i use stuff like fbiinjectio and the cia like fbi for example?

Yes. EmuNands are tied to the console they are created from, not the SD card itself. If you transfer the emuNand and files to the new SD card, there will be no difference. You can then install CIAs and such onto the new card, and the two can diverge and be interchanged freely. As long as neither is formatted, they will also use the same unique ID, so you should be able to copy files back and forth as well (such as save files), but it's not something I've ever tested.

I'm not entirely sure why you'd want two emuNands, but there should be no issue with it.
