The up-to-date versions will be always on github, so yes, everyone here should bookmark the site and download every time roxas comes with the fixes.
If there is an X there then it didn't install correctly. This is why it will ask to install everytime.
Just to make sure, can you post the md5 for rxtools.dat and firmware.bin? Let's be entirely sure that it's the correct files
Also, as far as I understand, the position of the X shows what failed to install.. Meaning, how many dots before the X and how many after?
Hey, here again, i tried a new sd card, created emunand with gateway, then started rxtools and BOOM same thing happens.....I am not giving up yet
1- is this the md5 for your firmware.bin?

2- can I ask you to give me the crc-32 for the rxtools.dat instead of md5? That's the only checksum I can see on my work PC :/

Yep, I figured out your problem (I think) it is just as I suspected, your rxtools.dat is outdated. The correct md5 is:
5518AE169D649135
Clear your browser cache and redownload the release zip from GitHub. It should be working after that
Edit: and if your firmware.bin is the md5 above, then you are fine only replace the rxTools.dat after ensuring it has the correct md5

After a succesfull FBI injection in emuNAND (unlinked) i try to play gba game but no success.
I decided to try on sysnand so relaunch the FBI injection on sysNAND, try to play gba game but no more success.
So I try to relaunch rxtools in emuNAND but this time my Health & Safety channel has vanished !...
I used the v2.6 from rxtools.net...
There is a way to retrieve it ?

i got something weird,
if i enter emunand with rxtools, there must be 2 application lost from home menu and after play one application, that 2 application show with wrapped package and i must unwrap it again and again every time i enter emunand
but it not happening if i enter emunand via GW launcher.dat.

It happened only on 4.5 and above firmware, this don't happened on 4.5.

Is these MD5 are correct ?
I've got à 4.5 3DS (downgraded from 9.2E) and I'm using another CFW with 9.8 emunand (this nand is my before downgrade sysnand, I formated sysnand to unlink it from emunand).
If I understood everything, to launch GBA games using emunand I've got to install the on both nands like it is the case with every CFW?
If I want to use DSi CIA, I've got to install it to sysnand, I can't use my emunand, right?
Still impossible to launch custom CIA with DS games?

That's weird.. So apparently the problem is not completely fixed. 3 dots after the x means it's the AGB and TWL stuff that failed to install correctly. I guess the latest fix didn't fix it for everyone.
Do you guys have AGB_FIRM patch installed? And are you both on o3ds?
Can I play GBA in emuNAND? what about linked nands, can I play with linked sysNAND + emuNAND only?
