Yes, it is indeed the models. I tried twice already, always the same size (2.13 GB). I just finished installing the hack so I know it works, therefore, nothing is broken.
Oh i didn't know that, do you know which option displays that info? I tried ctrtool -i DecryptedExHeader.bin but it says "unknown file"
Just specify the file format, like so:

Now I'm on the last step and there is an error with the makerom, the one from the pack of the OP says that it is not a valid windows application.
I downloaded a 1.1 version of the makerom from somewhere else, but after the instruction in the batch file, the cxi never builds and the makerom just continues for a long time with no result
