im not really sure bout that Foxi4 this was actually happened to me when i use skytempidedit.exe i thought when i use your army knife it will be fixed, but goes the same.
edit : ok Foxi4 here is the last update. it is now working but showing error 002-0123. i will look for solution. and if u have one i would gladly accept.
edit1: do i have to insert cart id and eeprom id details from my dumped rom to generated template, or i just need to stick with the template from sky3ds instead?

i need to admit that your tool is very easy to use, now i need to find out how to make a master template for my online games.. great work
The generator allows you to make templates for as many games as you want as long as you don't clear the window, so you can save several templates to txt if you want a Master file like that.

Having a little trouble getting this to work.
Run the Army knife app, load a template and select a rom and I get:
"Template for the selected rom was not found in base template! Please select and updated template file to continue"
If I had the rom in the base template, I wouldn't be trying to make a template?

You need the UnknownID for the ROM and that's lifted from the Base, it can't be generated at present. You need to have the game in the Base in order to generate a custom template.
Followed the direction and it worked perfectly thank you. No ban no sky failed... Would be nice if it did work because it is a lot easier to use but it didn't.
All I want to do is change the header.. I keep getting various errors lol.
Any other tools out there that just lets me change the header?

people should only get the choice to inject personal headers and thats it. Just like the gateway patcher.

What's so difficult about loading the base template and the ROM? There's nothing mind boggling about it, it's point-and-click. The reason why you have so many options is that injecting just the Unique ID often times doesn't work - you have to adjust the header (most often the manufacturer bit), so you need options to do so. There's a FAQ in the very first post in this thread that tells you all you need to know.

This requires CFW assistance, so it's not really the Sky3DS that's doing the job here, it's the CFW sig patches.
I was having issues because I didnt re-load the template after changing. Which is why I got a little frustrated lol.
Also, even though some of the games run now with Macronix as manufacturer, using a different header and macronix as the manufacturer gave me error online.
Could headers have any specific connection to the manufacturer?
