Errors detected:

-Like in the TV series, in this game the missions' names ends in "の時間" (no jikan) (time of). The mission's names are not prooperly translated right now in your hackpad's files. Also, in the TV Series the episode "カルマの時間" was translated to "Karma Time" by Funimation, so it will be indeed the correct translation. To fit the game's length area, I will keep the full strings in DataTalk2000Jpn, DataTalk2100Jpn, DataTalk2001Jpn and DataTalk2101Jpn and I will set abreviated ones in DataMissionNameJpn (Example: Special Mission Time - Sp. Mission Time)
-DataMissionNameJpn line 9 "Special Mission Time" not "Special Training Time"
-DataMissionNameJpn line 57 "Kaede Time" not "Maple Time"
-DataMissionNameJpn lines 167 & 168: wrong order (taking Funimation as reference). Correct order is: ??? Time.
-DataMissionNameJpn lines 278 & 279: "Assassinate Sensei" it's incomplete/incorrect. Correct one it's "Assassinate Koro-Sensei", but to respect small text spaces: "Kill Koro-Sensei"
-"ダンボール" means "Crate" not "Cardboard"
-"ダンボールを破壊せよ!" = "Destroy the crates!", not "Destroy Cardboards!" or "Destroy the Cardboards!"
-DataMissionNameJpn line 354: "Kill Sensei" it's a incomplete/incorrect. Correct and entire one it's "Kill Koro-Sensei"
-DataTextJpn line 263 "暗殺準備完了" means "Assasination Arrangements Completed" or "Assasination Preparatives Completed" or "Assasination Arrangements Ready" or "Assasination Preparatives Ready", not "Map". Choose one of the strings I said before and correct your hackpad.
-DataTextJpn 274: too literally translated. Correct/not so literal one: "%d left"
-DataTextJpn line 280 it's toooooooooooooo wrong. "募集中" means "Recruiting", not "During recruitment". The "中" (while readed as "chu", like in this case) it's like adding the "-ing" termination to a word (also means "Inside" or "Center" when readed as "naka"). Example"ロ-ド中"(roodochu) means "Loading" and "真夜中"(mayonaka) means "Midnight". (added this in "For The Record")
-DataTextJpn line 301 it's a part of lines 299 and 300, so the complete string it's"プレイヤーは全員暗殺者となりCPU殺せんせーを協力しあって暗殺するモードです". If you keep it as "Assassinated Mode" will be impossible to translate the complete sentece, so please, fix it back to "暗殺するモードです,"
-DataTextJpn lines 324,325,326 and 327 are consecutive lines (a single string), so your actual hackpad translation haves a lack of sense in the words' order.

-DataTextJpn line 1 unnedited, sorry, fixed to your's "[#ff0000]A[#end]ssassination [#ff0000]C[#end]lassroom"
-"date will be saved" instead of "data will be saved", sorry my misstyping

Things I do not understand:

-DataTalk4000Jpn (自Ritsu思考固定砲台) (Itself/Ritsu/Thought/Fix/砲/Machine Counter)
What we should do about this?
-Funimation's Romanization for Kataoka Megu is "Kataoka MEG", yes "Meg" without "U". Should we leave the name as Megu (the one we use) or Meg (Funimation's)


Maybe I'm wrong, correct me if needed:

-I say "Imbibe the drinks!" in lines 333,334,335,336,337 for "ドリンクを飲もう!" to not say the repetitive/redundant sentence "Drink the drinks!". Similar for line 364 and line 377.
-DataTextJpn line 277 seems to be "Signal" to me, but maybe I'm wrong.
-DataTextJpn line 313 I thing that "Chase Mode" or "Hunt Mode" it's more acurate than "Tag Mode". I will keep it as "Tag Mode" in my translation until you guys decide to change it.
-"はい" translated as "Here" while Koro-Sensei checks the assistance (game intro)
-This may be my worst translated string ever "The lessons' start bell resonates again" (始業のベルが今日も鳴る). Literally it will be like "Start/of/Bell/ga(marker)/Today/too/Sounds" and not so literal "The Start Bell Sounds Again Today" (I think we can take appart the today but the rest it's a mess for me and my almost poor english, also I change the word "sound" because they mean about the bell's echo, so I switch it to "resonate", also I add Lessons because that bell it's intended to sound to advise the lessons' start) Please, try to look for the correct translation for this phrase or reffer the manga or the anime's first episode. I only have 1 anime episode translated in english and it is the 3rd (Karma Time with Funimation's translation) and it haves the english subtitles blanked with Spanish subs, and a no prooperly translated ones:

The rest are translated in Spanish or does not have subtitles (1st, 8th, 14th, 17th haves no subs). Also, I does not have the 13th episode, will try to look for it with a friend of I.
-I translated "7割方" as "70%" even knowing that this is not the accurate translation. If you have a better one, feel free to fix it (DataTalk4200Jpn)
-DataTalk4200Jpn, I translated "どうぞよろしく" as "Best regards!" to not duplicate the "Nice to meet you!" sentence. If you have a better one, please switch it.
-"しゃーねーな" translated as "That's a lag" in DataMessageJpn

Some things I notice:
-You have some trouble translating 2 or more lines' strings. By example DataMissionNameJpn 300 & 301 are the same string so it can be Give Nagisa Maintenance.
-Maintenance it's the correct translation for お手入れ. See Ansatsu Kyojitsu Episode 3 Minute 14 Second s 08 to 11 for reference.

For now, I will let them in "Make 0" - " %ls's energy" for "%lsの" - " 気力を0にする".
-Same as above for DataMissionNameJpn lines 374 and 375 too (%lsまたは %ls) and when you found it, please take a screenshot or a picture too. I can't understand that they mean with that.

Milestone:

-This game haves a Download Play data and we cannot translate it or it may become unplayable since it must be signed to be able to run through download play. Also, we need someone with TWO japanese 3DS to test the Download Play translation in the 3ds running the translated game (of course, the second 3ds will not have anything translated I guess). Also, the 3DS file cannot be created with "3DS Builder" if we want to add the download play.

For the record:
-"未" it's the negative for the fellow. By example: "未使用" means "Unused" or "Not Used" (使用 = used)
-The "中" (while readed as "chu") it's like adding the "-ing" termination to a word. When readed as "naka" means "Inside" or "Center". Example"ロ-ド中"(roodochu) means "Loading" and "真夜中"(mayonaka) means "Midnight".
-Every line without "," as last character it's a multi-line string.
-"達" it's the "tachi" at the end of a word, it converts a singular form into a plural form, by example "生徒達" (seitotachi) means students (生徒 = student)

The current update is major 1, minor 1, micro 0. The only thing we can't prevent is,
if a newer update contains any file from translation, our file is outdated / not used.

I think it would be better if we're creating a "patcher" for the "Patch"-Cias because they're much smaller than the game.
If the User want to play the game, translated to english and without the dlcs/patches, they can install our provided patch-cia.
If they want to install the patches/updates too, they can "modify" the patches/updates with our "not finished" patcher that insert our translated files into the patch/update.cia.
they just need to download our patcher (which contains the translated files) and a update.cia of the game.
Yea, hard to describe without any examples xD
will be a good idea to have both of them
the cia file to play the game without updates and dlcs
and the patcher to the users that wanna use the dlcs or the update
also, may be the official update will clear/corrupt/not show our translation, so may be a good idea to set the translation as a update cia, so the people will be able to use DLCs
or we can also patch the official update...

Yea, I'll want to make and upload a update-cia which contains our translated files. The problem is: We're not allowed to share it here because it will contain some original files. We have to create a patcher that patches the update.cia :P

You CAN use FTP in Cuba, just use a Proxy (with Proxifier or something). You should be able to connect to my Server then.
The FTP Server will contain ALL FIles of the game (included your translated stuff).
When you finish some translations (DataTalkXXXX) you can send it to me via PM or something. I'll upload it to the FTP if you're not able to connect.
At last I'm the one who will build the finished project, share it with you and upload it for everyone (creating a patcher, too).

Noticed a typo: Sub Mission is written "submission" in the screen above, which completely changes the meaning.
Perhaps having it as "Sub Mission" or even "SubMission" if there's no space would be better?

you're absolutly right. It have to be "SubMission".
it should mean "Sub Mission" and not to submit anything

I have a local ftp running with browser gui, no need to have extra software.
Have setup a Homeserver for many other projects^^
I usually use WinSCP to connect it (because i learned it that way) but connect via browser should be easy possible, too.
Will work on something tomorrow and send you user:Pass to connect to the server. But now, I'll go to sleep now :)

Right now I'm trying to get some ingame Textures like the blackboard which is not saved as tga.
right! :D
also I made some change on the graphic for character creation , I think it would make it better and more enjoyable, what do you think?
