I can't transfer files from PC to PSP's memory stick pro

I am using PSP 100 (FAT) already hacked and installed custom firmware.

Everything was going fine until 2 or 3 months ago. (I was busy at work so no time to search for solutions).

I was planning to put another game to the memory stick. So I will connect it to PC.

But on PC it only shows less than 1 mb storage but on the PSP it shows about 2GB (yeah d size sucks).

I was planning to buy atleast 16gb if this unit will be fixed.

You'll need to go into the USB settings and make sure the memory is being read from the memory card instead of the flash memory or w/e it is. A quick Google says this has happened to at least two other people before, and that solved it.

To note, your CFW is dreadfully outdated. Once you solve your memory issue, I'd highly suggest finding your way to a 6.60 CFW. It's easy, safe, and is simply more reliable than those old permanent CFW's.
