Are you shitting me?! Wii owners supported GH a lot more than RB because the RockBand team kept fucking us over. Hell, Activision went to Nintendo and the two created a way to stream DLC from a SD card to the Wii and the last two Wii GH games officially supported 32GB cards. I really hope that this game will eventually support the older guitars. I'm not in the mood to have a third guitar in my living room. I'm just so happy that Guitar Hero is back!!!

Again: Wii =/= Wii U

It's not the same thing. The two consoles have different audiences so you can't say it'll do just as good as it did on the Wii, chances are it'll do terribly given how unsupportive Wii U owners to buying third party games are.

If I was wrong then there'd be a huge chunk of quality 3rd party publishers on the Wii U and you'd have Shadow of Mordor on the Wii U (probably would've not been a very good port on the Wii U anyway) but it's not the case.

Not that there is a great amount of 3rd party games though. there are some, but not as much as PS360.

Man, instead of being a negative Nancy, why don't you be happy for the return of Guitar Hero and let Activision deal with the Wii U sales numbers?

I'm in the same situation and because of no hacking yet, all but three of my games were purchased new. I hate this notion that Nintendo gamers don't support third parties.

The only RB games I have are Greenday and Beatles and I was pissed that PS/360 gamers got to pay normal price (60) for the disc version yet Wii gamers were forced to pay 10 dollars more. As for Wii GH games, there were so many that it wasn't even funny.

I hate it too. It is as ridiculous as "PS360 gamers NEVER buy 1st party games"-stupid. I purchase all games new to support the developers. I wont pirate (if that's what you meant) until the next console comes out and Wii U games cease being made, provided it is even possible by then.

Band Hero, is another one I got. Oh yea, I also got that DJ Hero game, and the set that came with two turntables. I also got two guitar grips for DS lite, and the band hero drum thing that went over the DS lite buttons . Dam I got a lot of Activision crap.

There's an exception to that for these music games. That's the only way to get the music games, so Wii U owners have to go 3rd party for them.
