I am planning to sell my old 3ds xl with some games installed as well as ambassador games, i got some question. Should I just update to the newest firmware and update the game and just unlink my nnid from the system? And if the buyer choose,. he/she/it can transfer my game off my 3ds to w/e they choose correct? And what if they have games installed on their 3ds and transfer my 3ds file off, what will happen?

I mean if the buyer buy my console and transfer the license to his console, would the license on his original console gone or it will be just combined?

Actually nvm, I understand now, it is impossible to unlink the 3ds and keep the game in it. Doesn't really matter since my nnid account have $0 and i don't have wiiu. I meant to say unlink the club nintenod account but it is about to be shut down anyway
