Gaming Square Enix teasing new title for PS4 - Will be revealed 31/1/2015

I can't help but wondering if this is anther of the "Mana" type games I do love the earlier ones but the newer ones were a bit of a flop... If its a remake of "Secret of Mana" Its time for me to buy a ps4.

The pictures just have that feel to them in my opinion mainly the main one, it doesn't really look or have a Final fantasy feel to them. Well to me at least and it has been a long while since we got a Mana game!

That artwork looks a like one the Mana Ost, who knows. We'll be pretty lucky if its a new Mana game.

Please don't let it be a new Mana game, Square Enix. My wallet can't afford a PS4... well, actually it can, it just doesn't want to for very few games that I'm interested in. Unless, of course, it's also on PS3. Then please, for the love of god, make it a new Mana game.

As much as I'd want a new Mana game, I don't have any confidence that Square Enix would do a respectable job on it.

IDK. They look like the locations from the PS1 era of Final Fantasy. I wouldn't be surprised if 8 or 9 gets remade.

People say it looks like Artwork from mana (the tree) or it looks like PS1 artwork.

Is it just me or are those quite clearly photographs with a photoshop filter applied to them? Those are all real places (except the crystal one, I don't those crystals are real, the rest maybe but not those crystals).

I love your optimism, but no, that logic is terrible. What RPG doesn't have a forest or caves (they are all different types). The crystal in the second one looks an awful lot like the materia cave in Final Fantasy 7, but the third one is a mineshaft, and there are no mineshafts (that I recall) in any of those games. Besides, it's "Project Code Z." Chances are, that Z is relevant. So, it's most likely similar to Nintendo's Project X (Xenoblade 2). Also, the official twitter account tweeted "It was cold outside and so was my mind..." Doesn't sound like Final Fantasy to me.

Anywhoo, it's gonna be revealed in less than 24 hours, so let your imagination soar while you wait.

I had the lowest expectations ever and still feel let down lol.
No problem with the game (won't play it) but the reveal was ridiculous.
