Hey there, I have two NNID on my Wii U, one is my main account the other is a UK account I used to download Wind Waker HD a while ago because I had a UK download code. Now I was wondering if I could transfer the game to my main account permanently? Thank you in advance.

My first post, I'd just like to say I don't think you can. I spent FOREVER on the phone with Nintendo, and the only way I could access a game from a different account was to get that account permanently placed on my Wii U. If you discover anything otherwise, PLEASE let me know so I can call them and yell at 'em.
