Hacking R4i SDHC Firmware?

I picked up my r4i today for some reason and decided that I wanted to mess around with it. It's been a while and I cannot for the life of me figure out where I got the Firmware from. It's just a regular R4i SDHC from mygamingmart.com. no WiFi, no V1.4.

Then I scrolled down, found my card and tried that firmware. http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp
Couldn't find _DS_MENU.SYS

Then I figured the card must be fake so I tried http://www.r4isdhc.hk/r4isdhcnotice01.php.htm
Couldn't find _DS_MENU.SYS

Suggestions?

Sooooooo I found the right firmware through brute force. And by brute force, I mean trying all of the r4i sdhc sites listed here http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

Now the problem is that I can't get it to load pokemon black 1 or 2. It just goes to a white screen when the ROM is loaded. or any rom for that matter. I'm running 2.7e on the card

you probably need a patch for that roms since it has Anti piracy protection

your card doesnt show any website :/

It's not just that rom tho. It's any rom and that firmware is the only firmware for R4i will load on my card.

Could you try metroid prime Pinball? It's one of the first ROMs and it should have no anti piracy meassures.

Hmm.....Metroid Pinball worked perfectly fine. So then I guess I need to find a patch?

I have the same card with the same problem. Can you tell me what firmwire you used to get in working again. I tried several on the webpage you mentioned but it will not work.

What does it say? Just go through all of the ones for r4 like I did. I think I used this one http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dl.php/R4iRTS_v2.7e_English.rar
