Maybe you're used to the way 360 included DLC works, but PS3/4 include DLC on disc.
Edit: Though, unless you plan on picking up the European version of the game, it doesn't particularly matter since there are currently no plans to bring this version to North America that have been voiced.

I've read some comments on threads in foreign forums that the disc includes download codes for DLCs, not physical copies. I'm not sure whether that's true, but I just wanted to hear from those who actually picked it up
That would be odd, though I suppose not impossible. It just seems like a Sony exclusive would have no trouble just tossing the DLC on disc. I doubt any game, the Last of Us or otherwise, has taken up enough space that the DLC wouldn't fit on the disc. As well, I personally can't find anything despite some extensive googling that would imply that the DLC is on vouchers. I'm pretty sure you'll be safe in finding it is all on disc.
Edit: Let us give thanks to the fact that people post an unboxing video for absolutely everything anymore. DLC is definitely on disc. The case just has the game and instruction manual.

I actually saw this video before I started this thread, and the keys on the manual showing at 2:50 and 2:57 were the ones made me worry
Edit: I am not even sure whether he mentions if the codes showing there are for DLCs. Personally, it's very hard to understand what he's saying in the video.

Yep, Remastered contains all the DLC on-disc for the PS4 version. Left Behind, Grounded Mode and all the multiplayer stuff are instantly accessible as soon as you start the game (no need to clear the game first to unlock anything).

He's asking about the GOTY edition, released for the PS3, currently exclusive to Europe, not the PS4 Remastered edition.
