Wii firmware: 4.3E
Wii version: first batch to come out in Europe.
Conected via: Component cable.
Nintendont version: 2.222
Options enabled: Usb, Memcard emulation (251 blocks).
Game: Luigi's Mansion Pal (Downloaded, not ripped).

Still blackscreens on boot if Memcard emulation is enabled.

Works properly by using a real Memcard.

Given that this game was one of the first if not the first one, that may be tied to it somehow. Could you include an if in EXI for this game (GLMP01)?
you are using multi memory card or single? all my 2 pal luigi mansion were downloadedand i use a pal wii with a gc controller and i cant recreate the bs at all and fix cant recreat it either so its very hard when you cant recreat the error to fix.

Sorry to change subject folks but Backyard Football is playing too fast 2.218. Just compared dios mios, devo and nintendont, and playing on nintendont is like playing with fast forward on. Reported working with no apparent issues 1.130.

Edit 1: I don't know how to get hold off 1.130 to test this revision, but 2.130 is also too fast. I'm gona try 1.0 and see how that goes.

Edit 2. 1.0 causes crash dump error. How can I test 1.130?

Lets look at the game in 4:3:

To me, that still looks properly done. Now according to you, the old way was right but in my eyes this picture is waaaaay too pushed together. I tried playing like that and felt like I was looking through a fisheye.

Hmmmm. Then I might have fisheyes :( sorry to bother you with that. I was used on how it was before. The old way seemed better to me. Circle ration seems wider in the latest version. I just figured that maybe it was brocken. Thanks for your reply.

I won't tell again about that. I just thought about after looking how round/circle objects seemed to have a perfect wide heigh ratio. Now this seems wider than high to me. Whatever, I will live with it. That's not me who decideds what will be done :)

I reported earlier that Sonic Adventure Chao Race (and I'm sure many games like that) only crashes when native controls are on, meaning that to properly play this game you need to set them to "on" which means you can't use HID or bluetooth (from what I understand though I can be wrong on that) also you sacrifice the reset combo but is a price I'm willing to pay in order to get the game running, if native controls were proven to not affect Wii U (controlling and saving) then I'm fine with it staying like that actually, sorry for the confusion.

On a different note, thank you Fix94 for the update, haven't tested it yet but will do.

you cant turn on native on the wiiu, since then you have no way to move characters on wiiu lol becuase wiiu doesnt have native gc ports ...

I need some advices people. What do you think recently broke Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 again? The last changes in ARStartDMA was in 2.198, wich is the first version where this game works perfectly.
I don't feel like tracking down to found the last working version. Could something minor affected this game that much? I want to know before getting started to redo a good test. I have te feeling it is the 10 second drive poke that could affected it, so I will start from the version before this addition to nintendont.

Well, so long as the adapter can be used for most other games, I've no issue with that, assuming that is, the adapter will eventually be usable with Nintendont :unsure:

Single. It could be the HDD's fault. I'm using a Seagate 1Tb USB 3.0 disc. It works flawlessly with Wii games but I can't get Dios Mios to boot. Apart from that, nintendont has been working like a charm till now. It's not a big issue since I can use a real memcard and forget about it (after all this just affects one game), but users of vWii or people without access to real MC,s are going to have a bad time.

So, given that the only thing that was modified was the reading speed and it's in that exact moment, when it's trying to check for an existing emumc o creating one, when it hangs... if it's white and it's bottled, it's friggin milk.

I'll try to boot the game from another device by tomorrow and post the results.

Howard is fixing the stickY on the adapter right now. Once it's fixed then it can be used on any game

Remember you must start Smash Bros EVERY time the Wii U is powered on or Nintendont and HIDtest wont find the adapter.

I am using a 64GB SDXC card plugged into USB via a Card Reader. The only option I have turned on if McEmu. My Wii U is an NTSC one. There must be a connection to the change in McEmu timings as I have no issues in r214 with McEmu on. The issue starts in r215 with the halved timing. It may be a day or two before I can test the new revision as I don't have access to a TV.

small new update:
-further worked on the per-game widescreen patches, now also animal crossing and all mario party games have proper patches
-added code to hopefully help recent blackscreens with memcard emu enabled

Thanx Fix94.
But for me, always the same black screen with mcemu on

Yes My HD is 1 Tb USB 2
Works with wii games, virtual nand, uneek+di, dios mios and till now nintendont (till this recent game issue).
Hope giving more information will help !

I haven't signed on in years. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their amazing work. Just spent the last hour playing Viewtiful Joe with the GameCube controller adapter. Besides the small stick reversal, it was near perfect :D Thanks again!

Thanks for confirming my issue. The stickY reverse is being fixed right now.

Are you loading from a sd or a usb? It works perfect with sd but I get black screen whenever I boot a game from usb with the adapter connected

For USB storage, try plugging the gray USB cord of the adapter into a wall adapter and the black one into the lower back USB port with the storage on the upper port. Other wired controllers with Nintendont have to be plugged into the back for use with USB storage.
