It sounds to me like you need to play on easy if you keep dying and not enjoying it.

When someone purposely just keeps dying and moving and dying and moving, it really sounds like you're not invested.

TLOU is an excellent game if you play it properly and let it absorb you in its excellent story. My only problem with is it is the very linear puzzles/platforming where theres literally only one answer to them.

Yeah, umm... Read the thread again. Can't believe you missed it.

Playing on Easy is the wrong advice. Playing on Survivor is what I really wanted. If I can parkour myself out of a situation that's a problem with the game, not myself as the player (because why go through the trouble of stealthily killing soldiers and wasting 30 minutes of gameplay if I can just run through?) On Survivor I couldn't do that any longer. Or melee myself out of situations every time. Survivor made me stand on my toes the entire time because it was so exciting and difficult.
