So desperate its obvious, why would anyone ever buy this thing anyway? i mean maybe when it's dirt cheap like when i bought the 360 for $120.

It's a good system that gets a lot of flak, and with games like Halo 5 coming soon it's worth the attention now, while it's cheaper than ever.

Microsoft is still lagging behind Sony and Nintendo, they're missing out on software sales. The objective is to push as many units of hardware as possible so that more gamers buy software. The sales should increase once Sunset Overdrive is out everywhere I'd like to think of Sunset Overdrive as Xbox One's "saviour" but if there's such a game, it's the Master Chief Collection.
Sunset Overdrive (and for Wii U = Bayonetta 2) is like that game that everyone would love to try it out but wouldn't be willing to buy just for it, except when it comes to the best exclusive of said console (= Smash Bros. for Wii U) then it's a different case.
If you're a racing fan Forza Horizon 2 is literally the best racing game since, gawd, Burnout Paradise at least, it's that good. (I'm a racing fan!)
Dead Rising 3, whilst not the overall campness that the earlier titles were, is still a fine game..... Titanfall beats anything PS4 exclusive if you're into that sort of genre (apparently - count me out of that!) and the game list is overall arguably superior to the PS4's at the moment, and most likely will stay like that for the rest of this year at least.
Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect: I have both one of these and a PS4, and Sony's machine evidently has more grunt, but if you can afford it it's a fine purchase. And you now get 2 free games per month on XBO/360 with Gold..... not that the games on offer are half as good as what you get on Plus, but it's better than nowt (as it used to be).

I'm a arcade racing fan and forza doesn't deliver on that note. And the other titles you mentioned aren't even Xbone exclusive. Even Ryse was ported to PC already.
Then you obviously don't even know what Horizon is laddie, we're not talking Forza Motorsport here, try playing it before commenting perhaps?
And the other titles I mentioned were because I'm talking to console gamers with my post, specifically PS4 owners - some of which (you clearly not included) might not be total fanboys. Be a gamer mate..... gamers care more about the games, not the fukkin bits of plastic they're playing them on...
I watched a review of that game that stated that Horizon isn't as arcady as other games like NFS Rivals. Even games like The Crew look more arcady to me than Horizon.
Do I sound like a Sony fanboy to you? I just use the term Xbone because of microsoft stupid name decision not because I'm hating on Xbox users for their decisions (don't get me started on Windows 10). Trust me if Xbone had enough exclusives (not timed exclusives) I would buy it however the only game so far that would make me buy a Xbone is Halo. But I don't like the idea of buying a console just for one franchise. Until then I gonna play "Xbone exclusives" on my PC.

, and since you mention Ryse, if you've got a PC that can run that game better than it runs on the Xbone, why are you even reading this topic?? Owners of a PC that can handle that won't even bother about the PS4, never mind the Xbone....You'll just have to take my word on Horizon 2 being the best racer so far this gen, and as you're a racing game fan, your loss mate..... Have to wonder what kind of eejit review you were reading that even mentioned the steaming pile of horseshit that is NFS Rivals anyway..... and as I've played The Crew beta on both PC and PS4, well if you want to play arcade racers like that, try out World of Tanks..... (current?) handling issues aside I'm still looking forward to that myself though
