Useless video. How does it show installing pkg files at all? Also the description says "we just need cracked pkg files" lol good luck with that.
Perhaps someone installed the game using a different PSN account (Game Sharing) and then unregistered the PS4, locking the game in the process. I'm skeptical until I see the installation process.
The lock behind the name of the game states that the content is locked. This happens when your PSN+ is not active anymore.

and as he goes to psn and searches for the game it says
it is not installed on the system and asks to add to cart,
im sure it could easily be replicated,
my guess is maybe two accounts on the ps4 hence why its showing what it is
