Agreed.Actually I would prefer that all preorders were like this - no cut content in game itself and just extra physical things to have. In long run makes everyone happier.
Bayonetta 2 officially bombed in Japan, first week sales are 81% lower than the first week sales of Bayonetta on the PS3 and 360.
The sequel sold only about 58% of what the original sold on the Xbox 360 which flopped in Japan to begin with.
#OperationPlatinum totally works out, guys! ;O;
That's really sad to hear, but not at all surprising. At least it's getting great reviews. Though I know this means publishers will justify never funding Bayonetta 3, even though this certainly has to do with it being on an incredibly low selling system.What a time to be a believer ;w;
If what they posted on nintendolife is correct, yes.Anybody know if you can buy Bayo 1 on the eShop WITHOUT buying Bayo 2 first? Here in the States, there's only a temp page for Bayo 2 and I will be PISSED if I'm forced to buy the second-game-first when I have yet to lay hands on the first.
Bayonetta's distribution — as part of Bayonetta 2's release in various packages or as an eShop download — makes it a must have for action fans intent on jumping into the newer entry.
That was posted in July, but hopefully it's still accurate.Those getting the games from the eShop will need to make two separate purchases, but the price of both will equal the total for the retail combo version. Each may be bought independently from the other, though specific pricing for the two games has yet to be confirmed.

Really, this is
1. Platinum Games
2. On a console with really low sales
3. M rated on a Nintendo console
There was no way this was going to do anything except bomb HARD.
Fix'd that for you.Starting to get that weaboo urge over Bayo2.
So long as that fps improvement mentioned a long time ago in this thread is still true, I'll be happy.http://playeressence.com/bayonetta-...oves-screen-tearing-from-ps3xbox-360-version/
So Bayonetta 1 is supposedly faster than the 360/PS3 that's good to know but I'm a bit sceptical due to my experience of really damn loong loading screens of Wii U games.
A Better Comparison - fps roughly equal to 360 version.So long as that fps improvement mentioned a long time ago in this thread is still true, I'll be happy.
waiting for Bayonetta 2 to hit the bargain bins
I don't have and never have owned an Xbox. The PS3's exlusives outweighed the Xbox 360's (even though I have literally no interest in any of the 360 exclusives), so yeah, this is coming from a PS3 perspective.A Better Comparison - fps roughly equal to 360 version.
It nicks the crown from the 360 version, but only just. Which has been Nintendo's problem all along with the Wii U really... JUST about pipping a creaky old machine that's almost into double figures in age, and a game that was released during its mid-years? Bayonetta PS360 wasn't exactly the mass hyped product we've seen here, and the Wii U is supposedly around 50% more powerful than the 360 - it should've smashed it, not just about beat it....
Still, if you're talking about fps coz you're coming from the PS3, you'll probably be amazed by this version! Me, I'm just keeping my 360 version and waiting for Bayonetta 2 to hit the bargain bins - sorry lads I'm just not stoked about this one, and don't like her hair in B2 either, where's those long locks gone? Where's the chances of going rodeo on that new loo-----*lets himself out*
If Bayonetta 2 was funded by Sony/Microsoft then that'd certainly be true but you're aware that the prices for exclusive Nintendo games tend to keep at a steady price, hell, even some Wii U multiplatforms aren't dropping (probably because of the low prints).
