Can somebody check if my methode works? Because if not I will not buy me the thinks
who knows maybe datel will come around soon to letting us use custom user made codes now. I've been code requesting them to allow so everyday since the news came out. Maybe you should wait a bit (like a week or two) to see if your money can be saved.

Can I just buy a japanese Pokemon Y with save, edit them with this gadged and then transfer the vreated pokemon via Bank(on european 3ds)?
The thing with your method is that you wouldn't see the result right off the bat, using codes/editing can give bad eggs sometimes even if you are successful using it on your first try, on the second it might give you a problem.. That's base on my experience, the good thing is it has autoback up as a default feature. My game never got brick so far, but I got a lot of bad eggs on process lol so not having the ability to check your game is a little bit risky.

I want to add something to this topic, WiFi in 6th gen checks ball combinations (ie. a Pokemon caught in Unova can't have a Love Ball), This fact could be used to make trading AZ's Floette, Hoopa and Volcanion via WiFi possible. Sort of like this :

Hoopa | Cherish Ball | 31/xx/xx/31/xx/31 | Hyperspace Hole (and any other legit move on Hoopa) | An event-esque OT/ID | Non-shiny | Magician | Kalos Born | Fateful encounter

I
i know that the nods carts aren't, but didn't know about the 3ds carts.

Any confirmation from users, you actually used jp cart on us/uk poke bank?
Uh, don't you need some kind of progress in the game to be able to use Bank in the first place? You're not going to be able to just import a JP game cart and have it work.

You technically could do it. You would have to only import a used copy and hope beyond all hope that nobody erased the save data. Here in the US, it wouldn't be a problem finding an old save on a used cart, but I can't say that for used Japanese ones since I don't regularly import used ones from there, only new ones.

So. Do you as well need a JP 3DS along with the cart? I mean I could already expect. Yes
If you want to play the cart and have it recognized by Cyber Save Editor, yes. If playing it doesn't matter, then you can read the above posts and find out what you can do and the exact circumstances that you can do it under.

no no no. the species/forms aren't whitelisted so they'll always be rejected, even if they are eggs.

they can't be traded via wifi, end of story. only locally.

So I can buy a JPN Pokemon X/Y, use my friend's JPN 3DS to play until I have some Pokemon, use CyberSave on it, put it in my US 3DS XL and use Pokebank to transfer it to Pokebank.

Did I get that right?

You can use a Japanese cart with a NA PokeBank as long as you have an existing save that has the PokeDex obtained on it. As soon as you get the Dex, it will work in any Bank afterward.

Edit: I can personally confirm this as well.

Sweet, thanks for the information. Time to get my hands on a Cyber Save. :D

Edit: Is there a IP block for Cyber Save? The sellers were including free Japan VPN and a search turned up China people got blocked.

Make sure that youngest the Save Editor and not the Save Bank. Apparently Save Bank will not work with the newest Save Editor software (it used to work with the old version apparently.) Somebody reported that in this thread iirc, but it is buried somewhere in the middle.

I'm guessing it's this from the "usable for MH4 and Pokemon X/Y" tags. Did you use a JPN VPN or did it work out of the box for you?
