GBAtemp member @MarkDarkness messeged to inform me that the translation patch for Game Center CX is now completed and ready to download.
You can follow @Aaron Chmielowiec and his team's hard work here.
This is a beefy translation with 100% game text as well as some graphical translations.

What IS Game Center CX?
Game Center CX: Arino no Chōsenjō 2 is the sequel to Retro Game Challenge and was released on February 26, 2009 in Japan. Like the original, it largely consists of NES-styled games reminiscent of actual games released in the late 1980s through mid-1990s. However, this game also features games styled after Super NES, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Famicom Disk System games, as well as variants on games included in Retro Game Challenge and a "game trainer" modeled after a Game & Watch. All together, this title has 15 games in one.

Thanks for the birthday shoutout!

I'm glad the patch is getting so much attention. There are a number of smaller issues and text related bugs but those are being fixed as I write. I've already fixed many of them and I hope to release version 1.1 soon enough.

Thanks again to everyone for all the support and feedback. I don't think the version 1.0 release is quite "Perfect" yet as the feedback has suggested but with everyone's help this is rapidly becoming a solid release.

I hope it works for you and I hope you enjoy it.

- Aaron

Thanks again, everyone.

There is another patch update coming tonight that fixes a few graphical issues. Including the RPG main menu when you don't have a save game. I updated again last night with various text issues and fixes.

There is also a final slideshow at the very end (hidden?) that someone found. I need to find those files and see what needs to be translated.

Thanks again, everyone.

There is another patch update coming tonight that fixes a few graphical issues.

Is one of the issues being worked on the way that ellipses (...) are up way too high, like in the center of the letter height instead of the bottom? If not oh well, hardly ruins all the hard work put in on this but it's just something a little annoying that shows up over and over. Please think of this as a suggestion if anything, not a complaint.

Ellipses are a strange issue but this has been mentioned before. The behavior and position changes depending on where in the game it is used. If I use "…" I could end up with 3 periods, 3 dots in the middle, 2 dots in the middle, or 3 individual double width periods. It's infuriating, actually. I'll see what I can do. In the main game dialogue, using 3 periods seems to work fine now that I test it, but in the RPG/Adventure, this doesn't work.

Oh, pass the word around that we found the ending slideshow when you beat all 9 games and those are currently being reworked. (I already provided translations)

The Guadia Quest Saga title should finally be fixed (if you don't have a save) in the next patch and there are 2 more in-line graphics in the magazines and manuals that were added.

Ah cool, thanks for looking into it. I've only played the very beginning, so I haven't seen those other ways you mention, just assumed it was always that 3 dots in the middle way.

Oh, for everyone else, if you send bug reports, *PLEASE* send it in English or Japanese. If you send it in any other language I will have a hard time reading it. Here, I'll list up the possibilities:

OK: English, Japanese
Can read : Spanish, German, French
No way : Chinese, Korean, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Esparanto, anything else.
