Good emulators to emulate Nintendo World Championships on NES?

The NWC1900 has a time switch on the cartridge, so normal emulation could only let the game run for 5 minutes.
However, the Nestopia emulator on PC solved the problem.
Is there any emulator on Andriod/DS/Wii that can emulate NWC1900's time switch?

Pretty sure that you could write a patch/AR code/GameGenie code of some sort that would do the exact same thing in other emulators, you'd just have to look into how Nestopia manages to overcome the issue.
