Gaming Are these Pokemon GBA games fake or real?

I have all of the original USA carts of these except emerald...but again they're USA so...cant really compare.
Photo needs higher resolution for judging.
First thought however is they're fake. The ESRB logo looks a bit off to me.

The European Nintendo seal of quality is circular, while the American one is oval. However, since the GBA wasn't region-locked, maybe some games were changed and ended up in the other region, I don't really know...

Hmm, I compared them to the official ones and the only difference I can see is Pokemon Emerald...

Take pictures of Emerald at different angles and different lightning.
My first reaction when I saw your Emerald cartridge was "faaaaaake!", but Emerald is a weird one and may look differently depending on the lightning/angle.
Can you see an effect similar to this one on the sticker?
Is the sticker actually silver in the upper-right and lower-left corners?

I traced the image back to the ebay auction(s)
the image was resued a ton of times in different auctions by different users and they are all sold from hong kong, so im gonna say fake

This. Pretty sure I have seen this picture being used many times by different eBay sellers. :\
Which means, at the very least, that it's not an actual representation of the product being sold.

I suppose as long as you didn't pay a lot and if it works/saves fine, it's not TOOOO bad, right? I mean, it could have been worse.
Kind of true, but the main point I am interested in is migrating Pokemon from the GBA cartridge to the DS Pokemon game (e.g. Pokemon Ruby to Pokemon Diamond)
I don't exactly remember but I believe it was. I'll check when I get the chance (definitely not within the next 3 months though)

its mostly when starting firefox that it's noticible slower. Opening and loading the homepage. Tried fresh installs and all. -
