@marc_max

I liked the idea of different MC's (one for wiiware and one for N64) so I'm gonna install d2x's and the MC 11.1 MOD.
If everything runs ok I plan on making forwarders for the above but.......could it be possible to have MC point to different themes?

its currently in the config/mighty directory for custom theme, but could the meta be used to pass an argument so I could have both a wiiware AND N64 theme selected by whichever one i run?
thanx for any info

It should be very easy to implement. However I'm not at this project anymore, ask the mod author.

Thanks for the mod. I'm going to try it out now. Its good to see theres still some progress on this.
Rock on.

Not really it's just a cover mod at the moment, whether anyone will continue the project is another matter.

No that's not correct either... Xfede changed other things beside the covers.. like an even better game compatiblity...

You should ask him about a changelog...

Also i told him about the questions asked in this topic, he has little time at the moment, but will see about what he can do with it, he was thinking about making a new revision.

After some work I got Mighty Channels to load the titlelist but everytime I start something it code dumps... Is this a common problem?

Ok my problem is a strange one and I have searched over and over for an answer.

Mighty Channels I set it up and everything shows up good, but my crazy system is not capable of playing NES games. I can play the SNES, Genesis, N64, Wiiware games I have tested but no 8bit NES games. I also can install them onto my system menu and they work fine just not in any kind of emulated nand. I have tried compiling the nand afte rit was instaled on system menu, I have also tried before. I even tried a system, memory format. It keeps coming up with a system memory is damaged message

I have tested many but did not start writing them down till recently

I have a 4.3u System Menu, with all of the updates ISO

To anybody with the "i can't get title list" error, I managed to get past it with the following:

-Full nand dump
-32kb cluster size

-More important: USB in slot 0.

Maybe I didn't read well but this was a revelation to me

Hopefully this can solve some issues!

Where am I going wrong? Here's the meta.xml that I have on the root of my SD card -

Mighty Channels

Marc
USB/SD Channel loader

--ios=249
--auto=USB
--partition=0
path=/nand

I have all the folders in a folder called nand in the root of my usb hard drive. Comes up with the "I can't get title list" error -1 ret

You can just add the seconds yourself. Put in some random 2 numbers. 00 would work.
Yeah, but it's annoying having to do that for every app. It would have been easy for the author to do it. If you can make an app like mighty channels, you should be able to create a meta.xml file in the correct format.

Should I remove the release date in the meta?
Add 00 to the number. That won't fix your current problem (it will allow you to sort by date though), but you just asked what was wrong with your meta.xml file and it was the only thing I noticed. I have never used arguments before.

Thanks for that little bit. I added 00 to the end of the date. It's gotta be something really silly and obvious that I'm overlooking.

You forgot to put two dashes -- in front of the "path" argument keyword:
CODE--path=/nand
You also may need to put another slash at the end of the pathname (--path=/nand/), but try it the way you have it first.
