**Update:** Yeah no progress has been made, I need someone who is capable of helping me decompile the code in the app so I can find out how the program interprets the files I wish to change. It would be helpful if someone here knew how to do that and could help me find the source code.
Update: osm70 successfully extracted all of the app data, but I need help figuring out the formats of the data inside, and how I can modify them. If anybody can help with this lemme know and I'll invite you to the chatzy server :)
Kindof both. The data I want to modify makes up a substantial amount of the app, once changed to my desires it could be considered an entirely different application. If you want more information we can talk in private, I would really like to avoid posting the idea publicly however.
I'm not so much afraid of someone telling people about it, as much as someone coming across the thread and doing it first. Wouldn't want to get the idea ripped out from under me, y'know.
Hey, so I'm working on a secret project but my knowledge of the iPhone/iPad operating system is very limited, so I need a partner or 2, ones that can help with the iOS half of the task.
I understand that iOS is a very secure, very sandboxed environment as well, and the only way around that is a...
No, that won't work, I created a chat room however (anybody who comes across this thread who has input can also come if they want)

I actually was going to learn it a while back, but I gave up do to the difficulty of testing an debugging it in an environment where I can build upon my knowledge in. I learned Lua while game developing on a site where it was the primary language used to interact with all the objects and API and...
So in other words, I'll probably need it. Lua is pretty fast, though, is there no way I could use Lua since I'm so familiar with it and it;d be easiest?
If not I'll have to suck it up and learn some C++ to do whatever I need.

Oh don't worry about it, you had valid reasons for wanting to...
C++ for what exactly? I can probably learn it if I NEED to...
Also that sounds great, how would it work :)
I second this, that would probably be a very good addition to the repository of information and stuff you have here.
I've used this, and that's for controlling the pc with a controller. It's also pretty slow in my experience.
I'm really good with Lua, and I've uses AHK before for some quick and dirty scripts.
I have seen the new 52 and dcau animated movies I think they take every opportunity to say his name "Dick", and they say it more often than should have been necessary
