Hacking More Info Regarding Switch (Mariko/Lite) Mods by Team-Xecuter

Actually pretty amped to see a good old-fashioned modchip hit the scene in 2019!

Gaming Why was Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for Wii never released?

The Wii had plenty of mature titles. Keep in mind the game came out over a year before the Wii even hit shelves, not to mention that porting over a game that relied so heavily on dual analogs would be very awkward.

Insider reports claim that New Super Mario Bros. U will be coming to the Switch

I wonder if the lack of a stylus is why we haven't seen Mario Maker get brought over yet. Or do a lot of level creators prefer button controls?

    Homebrew Question PSP Emulator

Feel free to work on developing one yourself if you're gonna be upset at others not doing it for you.

Gaming Super Mario Party has no online mode confirmed yet

Don't act like 95% of online games wouldn't end with someone rage-quitting. It's also a huge time commitment for everyone involved, so I'm not surprised if it's a couch multiplayer-only deal. That with individual character movement is how Mario Party should have always been.

Hacking RELEASE Painless Linux - it's Linux, but painless (Windows, Mac OS, Linux & Android)

You've been a rockstar with these threads as things have been progressing, thanks for all your time and effort, loving it! :D Will be giving this a shot momentarily.

Hacking RELEASE TegraRcmSmash - a fusee-launcher for Windows.

Gave both the 32 and 64-bit flavors a run, drivers and all look good, but after hitting the "Smashed the stack..." bit, nothing seems to happen on the Switch's end. Trying this out with the initial fusee-launcher payload that was released a couple days ago, should I be trying anything more...

Homebrew I got a Nintendo 64 emulator running (extremely poorly) on the New 3DS!

A screenshot isn't going to cut it (especially not a direct one since that would be way too easy to fake). Post a video just like the one you did before, but with the bottom screen clearly visible and you showing yourself inputting commands that match the gameplay. Right now there's nothing...

Homebrew I got a Nintendo 64 emulator running (extremely poorly) on the New 3DS!

What are you planning to gain by posting a fake video? Like what was your next step here?

Homebrew After several years, DS Wifi emulation is back.

I superglued my SLI bridge onto the processors but now it just ignites when I hit the power button. Gonna keep a bucket of water handy to see if that helps it run better. EDIT: It works! I can run Settings at a blazing 3 frames per secon! Take THAT, Nintendo! Smell of electrical smoke has...

Dance Dance Revolution X3 Or Dance Dance Revolution (2014)

You're forgetting the 2013 release. I'd take 2014 over X3 any day, 2ndMIX mode was pretty much useless. DDR A (the current release) is miles better than anything before in terms of gameplay since they redid the timing engine, but in terms of songlist I'd have to say DDRMAX2 AC.

Hacking Nintendo Switch Update 2.2.0 Out

I mean, I'd be much happier making thousands of dollars helping Nintendo rather than helping enable entitled people like you to steal games.

    Hardware 4K Output Option

Don't forget, even the PS2 could output at 1080i with the right setup. There's no doubt that the Switch hardware has the capability to output a 4K picture, but as of now there's no scenario in which it would be feasible while also maintaining a playable framerate on anything.

Hacking Mario Kart: Arcade GP DX For Wii!

Dumps and cracks absolutely exist for many newer PC-based games, but you likely won't see any be made public for several years after they're produced. The crack for the original Fast and Furious title from 2004 wasn't even public until a couple years ago. Side-note, here's some very neat...

Hacking Mario Kart: Arcade GP DX For Wii!

Totally different architecture. This is not happening, ever. The Triforce (what GP 1+2 ran on) was a slightly modified version of the GameCube hardware, so getting it to run on the Wii was only a matter of time. The ES3 is PC-based and FAR more powerful than what the Wii could ever hope to be...
