    Though I replied but apparently did not so sorry this is so late. I think I found the right CIA files so I hope I installed it right? Need to see what I can find PC-wise... so far have not had much luck. I mainly plan to play Mii focused games so would any of these be best for that?

    is there any way to edit a pattern without importing your save data (rather just import it through QR or code after)? I just want an easier method to modify colors on locked patterns.

    ROM Hack Pokemon Rumble World Diamonds/P Tool

    For reference, Pokemon can actually have +++ and ++++, though, it's super rare. I've only seen a few. Tempted to get a Gateway just for this. I already finished the game, so it'd just be fun to plow through the annoying challenges and have permanent megas.

    I just like seeing what Phineas says. Plus, I'm a bit paranoid of actually using the hex editor and figured forcing Phineas to show up for certain milestones could work as a possible QR thing instead.
