    Nope, It's not... When you update the game to 1.06 you lose the Skill, Weapons & Materials translations... The only thing translated after update 1.06 is the word "Materials" in some menus and some mission names... Just did what you described and that was the result... Starting a new game...

    Not to mention the process is terribly easy and fast if you only follow instructions and are patient, I have set up many of my friends 3DS's ready to use their gateway's and told them everything there is to know on how to handle them, Of course I charged them so that they actually think twice...
