    Bump to this. I tried also injecting my old pokemon Y save via save data filer to pokemon Y downloaded legit via eshop On some odd reason the pokemon bank did not recognize my save under pokemon y.

    I tried to unlink my Emunand and Sysnand by doing format system memory on sysnand. However, after doing it. i cant access eshop on my emunand. While i need to update 3ds on sysnand to be able to log in my NNID

    Got it worked! I recovered my file with complete mons! hahhaa just deleted the secure value data! The only problem left is how my legit pokebank detect my save!!??? (my ultra sun on my gw cart was able to detect but my alpha sapphire doesn't) My pokemon Y is installed on my SD Card Legit copy.

    I have the same problem. Running on a Gateway 3DS Emunand 11.6. Its funny thing that Legit Pokebank detects my Ultra Sun save on my Gateway Cart but my Alpha Sapphire didn't same thing with the Legit Pokemon Y on my SD Card installed. Please help me out of this.

(linked given on my PM/DM) since it still works, so b9 is not yet running on my console. however, due to what ive done and followed the vid on youtube. every time i open friend codes on emunand it always freeze. but i do connect online with no problems...
