Tried making caramel corn myself the other day. Actually, first time trying to make caramel at all. Did okay, popcorn wasn't burnt from making it stovetop and the caramel flavor was close. But it was more brown sugar-coated than actual caramel, the sugar crystals didn't dissolve enough lol
