Hey, I've been having a lot of problems with PokeSAV fitting onto my screen. I FINALLY found out how to make it smaller. Here are some downloads:
SendSpace.com
MediaFire.com
MegaUpload.com
RapidShare.com

It is the exact same thing, but fits the screen better. No, I haven't scanned for viruses, but I dont have a scanner to do it with. I do know it opens with no errors, but I havent been able to test it with a .SAV file. It also is the version that puts out USA codes for the ARDS output part of it.

Have fun!

Edit 1: Use WB3000's PokeSAV, as it is much nicer!
Edit 2: I've updated the link to one that uses size 7 font Arial.
Edit 3: Links updated to a version without cut off text.
Edit 4: Updated the links with the v0.39 version of it.

I have edited this program as well, to Tahoma font size 8 I believe. You can find it at http://www.mediafire.com/?2eoy2fcwebp, a not so annoying host. smile.gif

ya, i know its ugly, i didnt have much time to align stuff nicely. i think it has the same usability as the regular doesnt it? doesnt it still work?

i just thought it might be nice to have for some people.

BTW, WB3000 what did u use to edit it?

Edit: I've updated the post with one that has a size 7 font with the font as Arial.

Thanks for the idea WB3000! (or however you would put it) I had no idea that changing the font would change the whole window size!

BTW, I completely forgot about MF for the upload place, havent seen ppl use it for a long time...

I found ResHacker to incorrectly rebuild the file, so now I use the Resource Tuner in PE Explorer.

Same here. I tried 4 different ones, none of which worked! Then I was about to give up, found Resource Tuner and it worked, so I was happy.

I tried Restorator, Resource Hacker, Resource Builder, XN Resource Editor, and finally Resource Tuner in that order.

Pokesav has a small UI already. You just don't know how to run Japanese programs.

Edit: Your version is just hard to read compared to the original:

I'm assuming that that is gamefreakfatty's version being compared...? Mine's a size bigger font, and I made some of the button larger depending if the text overlapped or not.

What I was meaning to say is that if you set your PC up to read Japanese text, the original pokesav looks fine (as it was probably only intended by the author for Japanese people to use it)

Edit: Your version is good for people who don't have Japanese on their computers, but Still not quite as good as the original tongue.gif

Edit2:

k... i fixed the cut off text. it should look better, links updated. it still uses size 7 Arial font though.

I personally think the smaller the font, the easier to read, except with fonts under size 6 (5 and below)

With 0.39 just released in English, you can find my edit here.

All in Tahoma size 8, and most if not all cut off texts have been fixed. smile.gif

Hi all,

I have made a French translation of Pokesave 0.39 with some UI revamping (smaller size, reorganised screens, some glitches corrected).
Recently, I have re-translated this work in English back, as a tribute to GSD (the original JP->EN translater).

You can find it on this site.

Give it a try
